THE 3RD EDITION OF THE 24H BLUE MTN RELAY WILL BE A RECORD-BREAKER
The 3rd annual 24h BLUE MTN fundraiser, presented by Canada Life, will be a record-breaker for participants on Saturday, February 22nd at Blue Mountain Resort.
The event features 24 hours of relay skiing and snowboarding for adults of all abilities in a friendly fundraising competition. Participants can also run or walk in support of Special Olympics Ontario and the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation. Teams can range in size up to 10 members.
Organizers of the event report that the 24h BLUE MTN event has already broken the previous record for teams participating with 32 squads registered three weeks before the event.

Formerly presented by Freedom 55 Financial, now a division of Canada Life, Canada Life will continue the partnership as presenting sponsor of 24h BLUE MTN. This follows the announcement that as of January 1, 2020, Great-West Life, London Life and Canada Life became one company, The Canada Life Assurance Company.
Hosted at Ontario’s premier ski resort, 24h BLUE MTN continues to have a full slate of activities starting with a Friday evening reception on February 21st, followed by a Saturday morning participant breakfast, an opening ceremony from the Blue Mountain village at 11:30 a.m., and a 12 p.m. start. The all-nighter ends on Sunday, February 23rd at 12 p.m.
Subaru Canada, Levaero Aviation and Toronto Sun also return as sponsor partners, along with new sponsors North Face, the official clothing sponsor, and TSN 1050 Radio.
Subaru Canada is challenging all Ontario Ski Clubs to join the 24H BLUE MTN. Subaru will donate $5,000 to the charity of choice for the ski club that can complete the most runs in 24 hours. The winning club will also be presented with the Subaru Challenge Trophy and will have the bragging rights for the year.
Brian Stemmle, a four-time Winter Olympian and Canadian Ski Hall of Fame inductee, will once again be the 24h BLUE MTN Official Event Ambassador.

Companies and individuals are invited to register as part of a team, to ski, snowboard, walk or run and begin fundraising for this exciting event. Supporters will also be able to make donations online at 24hbluemtn.ca.
