Donations by MPC and Heretic Spirts to Collingwood Downtown for Farmers' Market

David Yeaman - President and Co-Owner of MPC, Molded Precision Components
and Scott Morrison - CEO at Heretic Spirits presented face shields and hand sanitizer to the Downtown Collingwood BIA.

Collingwood Downtown Business Improvement Area is pleased to accept a donation of 500 Shield-U face shields from local manufacturer, MPC.

These will be used by the vendors at the Collingwood Downtown Farmers’ Market, launching this weekend and will also be distributed throughout our downtown business community as they open their doors.

This is a generous donation from MPC and will assist in ensuring a safe working environment for the staff in our local businesses as well as our local producers at the popular market.

We are also pleased to announce a donation of hand sanitizer for market vendors and our customers, thanks to the generosity of local manufacturer, Heretic Spirts.  This donation will be accepted this afternoon as well.

In attendance:

Mayor Brian Saunderson; Collingwood BIA Chair, Penny Skelton; Collingwood BIA General Manager, Susan Nicholson; Brooke Girdwood, Collingwood Downtown Farmers’ Market
