We welcome all to try classes at Barton's Martial arts. As a traditional school we do not do a lot of marketing and advertising and prefer to accept students based on referrals of existing students. As a private school we reserve the right to refuse entry to our programs. All students accept that it is a privilege to learn traditional martial arts and to be accepted as a student is an honour and should be treated as such. Classes are taught in very formal, traditional setting with only the traditional white uniforms for classes (jujitsu and judo classes will allow blue do-gi for instructors). All students are treated equally, with respect. There are no "special programs or upgraded memberships" at Barton's. Martial arts is a lifestyle and a path to follow, our door is open. A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
