Local has never been better! Roadside fruit and vegetable stands are offering more variety as different produce comes into season. The local music scene is jammed with great performances and new businesses are opening up all over the place offering more consumer choices.

In support of our local farmers we have added a new button on our home page which clicks through to a great new website ‘Simcoe County Farm Fresh’. This website answers all your questions about which Farm has what for sale, where to find them, driving directions, maps and why it is so important to support your local farmers. Better for our economy, the environment, your health and your taste buds.

We’ve got everything you always wanted to know about the Collingwood Elvis Festival. Just click on the Elvis Festival button available on every page of our website to view a promotional video or download the complete schedule of events. New this year, are venues in Thornbury and Wasaga Beach.

We’ve also added a really cool new feature for our advertisers. Go to the First Street Bistro listing under Amazing Restaurants... click on the little radio icon and listen to Chef Andi talk about his Bistro. You can also listen to Judy Salnek from Salnek Window Fashions and Accessories under Home Furnishings. Talk about environmentally friendly advertising!

Georgian Flooring is moving at the end of this month to a new location with a new name. Georgian Design Centre, 84 High Street (corner of High St. and Stewart Rd.) just South of Home Depot. Along with the move, the team at Georgian Design Centre will be introducing more product lines to serve you better…and give you more choices.
