School is just around the will be back to some sort of normal schedule and grocery shopping will include things for school lunches. With that in mind, we have asked Abby Stec, Functional Nutrition and Wellness specialist to give us some insight and inspiration into what really makes a healthy lunch.

Sandy and Gordon have just introduced 2 new features... The Robbie Burns Private Dining Room which seats 16 people and has a parlor off to the side where appetizers and cocktails can be enjoyed prior to dinner. I have a feeling that this room will be in huge demand this ski book well in advance. They have also just introduced Patrons of The Dam Pub. Imagine...your own bottle of scotch with your name on it on a special tag, just waiting for you and your friends to enjoy. This would really make a great birthday or special occasion gift for that special someone in your life.

The Loft Gallery

Debra Lynn Carroll and Phil McCormack have recently opened the Loft Gallery in the Town of the Blue Mountains. Adjacent to the gallery is Debra's studio where she paints large scale textured landscape oil paintings of images from the area. Loft Gallery exhibits original art by local and Ontario artists creating a pleasant excursion in air-conditioned comfort.

Dags & Willow

Dags and Willow will be coming on board with us shortly and you can read all about this fine cheese and gourmet food shop. Not even a year old yet and they have become hugely successful and popular for residents and visitors alike. The chicken breast stuffed with procuitto and goat's cheese is highly recommended.

Good luck with that first day back to school. I am quite excited that I won't have to share the phone during the day anymore. Yeay!
