About Chef Justin Miller
Justin is a graduate of Culinary Management, George Brown College in Toronto and received his Red Seal Chef certificate in 2002. Before opening up Cabin Bistro in Collingwood in July 2010, he gained experience in a variety of kitchens including Toronto Hilton, Tundra Restaurant in Toronto; Thyme Restaurant & Wine Bar in Oakville, Crush Wine Bar, Toronto, Ontario; Annabel's, Naples, Florida and The Queen's Landing, Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario. Justin is also winner of the GNE Chef's Challenge two years in a row.
