Presented by the town's own Collingwood whisky, the vibrant, nine day festival will bring together some of the most renowned local talent in the food and beverage industry for a week filled with cooking demonstrations, whisky tastings and epicurean seminars all inspired by Collingwood whisky - an artisanal, toasted-Maplewood-finished Canadian whisky, made in the town of Collingwood.
Over fifteen restaurants in Collingwood will participate in Whiskeylicious. Consumers and trade attendees will get the chance to sip, savor and indulge in the flavors of this finely crafted, hometown whisky. Local chefs, mixologists and foodies will join in the culinary celebration to share their sweet and savory creations, all incorporating Collingwood whisky.
The weekâ€™s festivities include outdoor ice bars, perfect food pairings with Collingwood whisky, and unique educational experiences with some of the regionâ€™s top chefs.
To showcase the whisky-making expertise of the brand, Collingwood whisky will present 'Making Magic', a step by step presentation on how Collingwood whisky is made right in the town of Collingwood. In addition, the brand will offer cocktail creation demonstrations, featuring the Tom Collingwood and the Collingwood Sour, which will be served in ice glasses to help toast the winter season.
