This August 4th, Collingwoods VIBRANT GREEN Team is working with a new restaurant in town, Cabin Bistro, to showcase the freshest flavours of the season from our farm!
With an exquisite 5 course sampling menu put together by Chef Justin Miller, live music from local musicians David Stone and Darren Laberge, and waiter service from the farmers themselves, we're really hoping this is a dinner you won't forget!Â
Almost all of the food put onto your plate this evening will come from the VIBRANT GREEN Farm in Collingwood, only a four minute drive from the restaurant. We will be harvesting for the event all afternoon, rushing in to bring the freshness shortly before 6pm when we start serving the Amuse! With the exception of local proteins such as House Smoked Chicken and Kolapore trout, you can find out anything and everything about your food on this fine night - it's all coming from our Farm.
With brief yet inspirational speeches from Chef Justin Miller, CNP Kellie Wilkinson, Farm Manager Bradley Kerr and Director Michael Burgess, you will be stimulated and passionate about what we have to offer. This will be a truly incredible event and we're really happy to share it with you!
