The destination (Sunset Point Park) in Collingwood, ON will have entertainment for the entire family to enjoy. Live entertainment, various kids' activities, i.e. Bouncy castles, face painting and even a dunk tank where we will be dunking firefighters.
"The Burn & Plastics Unit is a cause dear to my heart" Says Danny Cicchirillo a firefighter of 10 years with Toronto Fire Services and co-organizer of this event. "It gives burn victims the care and therapy they so badly need in order to build their self-esteem to cope with life beyond their burn injury"
Donations and corporate sponsorship are greatly appreciated for this special event and all proceeds will benefit Sick Kids Burn & Plastics Unit. Tickets for the Motorcycle ride are $30 and includes lunch and t-shirt. All other local area residents are welcome to join us for an afternoon of fun and help us raise money. Tickets for the ride portion can be purchased from our sponsors locations Pro 6 Cycle (Etobicoke),GP Bikes (Whitby) and through our website.
"What started out as a motorcycle ride from Toronto - Town of the Blue Mountains has transitioned into a full scale family picnic and carnival". says John Apostolis of the Joey Conte Foundation and co-organizer of the event. "Not only will we have motorcycle riders from all over but we welcome all Collingwood and surrounding area residents for an afternoon of excitement".
