Grandview Homes
Mountaincroft. The name of Grandview's new home community in the heart of Collinwood conjures up the image of a graceful county home nestled in beautiful natural surroundings. Grandview's just completed 3080 sq. Devonby Model Home does not disappoint. It's stunning brick and stone exterior, made even more incredible with mountain inspired details such as a covered wooden porch and craftsman style garage doors, clearly illustrates that this is going to be an exceptional community. "Our intention", states builder Randy Brown "is to create an outstanding neighborhood of residences that complement and add to the surrounding natural environment "Collingwood", he adds "provides the perfect backdrop for our master planned collection of homes."

See you at the Elvis Festival!
