Have you ever watched a group of square dancers? They look like they are having fun, but you have never square danced so feel you can't do it. Now is your chance to join one of the most complete kinds of exercises right in your community and Yes, You Can Learn to Dance.

Square dancing is a physical (low impact), mental (lowers stress, provides mental stimulation) and social activity. These advantages are not just what the dancers say, but are documented in medical research as well. Further it is one of the most affordable kinds of exercise and entertainment you will find.

The dance moves are taught in English world wide, so wherever you travel you can participate with the local clubs. You will find that square dancers are the friendliest people and you get to enjoy your hobby 'on the road'.

Your local Club is THE BLUE MOUNTAIN PROMENADERS which meets on Wednesdays weekly from September to May at Duntroon Hall. Basic, Mainstream, and Plus levels are offered 8:00 -10:00 pm for those who have previously square danced.

For those who would like to learn and enjoy this past time, we will be hosting TWO(2) INTRODUCTORY NIGHTS OF SQUARE DANCING on Wednesday September 21 and 28 2016 at 6:45pm at Duntroon Hall.

For those who would like to continue, our NEW DANCER PROGRAM will continue thereafter. Please join us whether you want to be a dancer or spectator, we would welcome you.

Check us out on our website or CALL Margie & Dennis at 705-445-5444 or Jim & Eileen at 705-445-9325.
