The featured taste testing will be CAPRESE SALAD made 3 ways - using Ontario Buffala, Italian Buffala and fresh cow mozzarella, all using homemade pestos, local tomatoes and a very special organic Greek olive oil.
Also taste the new line of Avocado or Macadamia Nut cooking, baking and salad oils – HEART healthy from Olivado or SOLA’s new line of Volpi wine salamis, pinot grigio or Chianti – preserved with wine, so no sulfites (yippee!).
