In a recent e-marketing conference I attended it was suggested that when you write an e-newsletter that you should really hit on 5 of something - but I have so much more to tell you about than just 5 great things including a special offer from rituals medical & day spa, Black Harvest, The Sweetest Sounds & The Little Prince, Shri Fest, the Flatter:Me belt, some cool stuff in the CCFC Kitchen and who's got Steak & Seafood specials right now.
The tradition of Halloween and the Black Harvest Festival continues in historically Chilling Downtown Collingwood this October, with Witches (and Warlocks) of the 'Wood taking over the town.

Shri fest Yoga and music festivals hits Blue Mountain Village for its second year. It is a yoga festival that brings people together who are interested in the yoga, arts and music culture.

Have you ever bought a pair of jeans or pants with some 'stretch' in them and then you find yourself hiking up your pants every 5 seconds (very unflattering at the very least)? Well, I popped into Echo Trends in the Blue Mountain Village the other day and they sold me on the best little one size fits all belt called the Flatter:Me belt. Works like a charm - you can even keep it in your jean loops for the wash. No more belt buckle bumps under fitted t-shirts, no more gap at the back of your pants every time you sit down.
They're cooking up a storm in the CCFC kitchen these days and also starting their speaking series. Join the CCFC team for lunch in the co-op kitchen and enjoy a fresh meal made with love and local ingredients. Thurdays featuring Michelle Rogers and Fridays Italian Chef Grazia Acanfora. For more details and information visit their website.
Theatre Collingwood (and Compass Theatre Productions) is thrilled to be presenting the production of The Little Prince, from November 13-16, 2013 in the intimate setting of the Studio Theatre at 65 Simcoe Street in Collingwood. For all of the details click here.
Love Steak and Seafood? We do too and there are 2 great options for you. Copper Blues in the Blue Mountain Village has an unbelieveable Steak and Seafood menu and in Downtown Collingwood you can check out Lobsterfest at The Olde' Town Terrace.
