The Collingwood Museum is hosting a great lineup of children’s programs for the March break. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.  The cost of the programs is minimal and they look like lots of fun!

Monday, March 14th, 2:30pm – 4:00pm
Wind and Sound
There is nothing like the sound of wind chimes on a breezy spring day.  Children will learn about the history of wind chimes and make their own chimes from recycled materials.  The study of weather has never been so much fun!
Ages 6-12 - Cost: $5.00 per child

Wednesday, March 16th, 2:30pm – 4:00pm
My Family Tree and Treats
Discovering and making a family tree is fun at every age.  Children will learn how to make a photo blossom craft that will start your family tree.  Children are encouraged to bring photographs of family members to add to their craft project.  A delicious edible treat will also be created.
Ages 6-12 - Cost: $5.00 per child

Friday, March 18th, 2:30pm – 3:30pm
Beauty in Flight
Butterflies are found all over the world.  During the March Break they will be created at the Station.  Children will learn about a butterfly’s life cycle and make a unique butterfly wand.  A colouring book with butterfly-related take home activities will round out their March Break experience at the Station.
Ages 6-12 - Cost: $2.50 per child

Pre- registration is required as space is limited.  Payment is due upon registration. To ensure your child’s participation, please call (705) 445-4811, or visit the Station at 45 St. Paul Street.
