Jessica and Lead Contractor Mike Gray meet clients on site to kick off the initial consultation and permit obtainment phase, before leading a team of dedicated trades people to construct each unique project. The best part? After the initial consultation, clients don't lift a finger!
This consultation process begins with a site visit of the property and in-depth discussion of the function and esthetic each client is going for. Then Jessica and Zack work on any amendments to their existing bank of drawings, before working on the client's behalf to secure permits with their local building and planning departments.
When it comes to working on permit obtainment, Jessica explains, "Each Municipality is unique in what regulations they adhere to in regards to accessory buildings - it depends on so many factors. After project managing my own extensive restoration project, I came to see the gap that exists in client care and customer service in the construction industry. I've taken my experiences and teamed up with some of the most talented and passionate contractors in the area to deliver these lifestyle - inspired bunkies."
Once permits are granted, construction begins. Another key factor setting this team apart? Each unit comes standard with features such as fixed foundations, Maibec wood siding, steel roofing, spray foam insulation, and include full dÃ©cor and furnishings.
