New this year to our DEMO STAGE in Exhibition Hall is the CHEF’S CHALLENGE, to be held from Noon on Sunday, Sept. 26th until 1:00 pm. The Chef’s are Philip Tarlo, Chef, caterer, inn keeper; Burger Bob, Chef at Blue Mountain Golf Club, caterer; and Eric Madden, Chef at Craigleith General Store, caterer.
|These Chef’s are well known in the area and have many years of training and experience. The Judges are Morgan Ian Adams – Managing Editor of the Enterprise Bulletin; Maxine Coutts-Reid, Food Service Supervisor at Sunset Manor, and Rick Lloyd of Smarts Flowers – who likes to eat. We will be having lots of fun on Sunday, so come and join in the fun and eats. Also on the Demo Stage: Friday Night - Pampered Chef demo; Saturday morning - Tea Biscuit Bakeoff; Vermiculture; Saturday afternoon – Rustic Quilted Décor; Smart Flowers Flower Arranging, Apple Pie Baking; Sunday morning – Fibre Arts; and of course the Chef’s Challenge.
