Grab your hiking shoes and come to Kolapore Springs Fish Hatchery for a magical afternoon! Enjoy delicious and creative dishes created by over 12 top local and Toronto restaurants while strolling through the Kolapore Uplands Forest, just west of Collingwood.  Equally delicious libations by local wineries and breweries are matched with the treats.  This afternoon is topped off with great music by local artists.

May 5th 1-4pm Rain or Shine
@ Kolapore Springs Fish Hatchery

This year, Kolapore Springs has partnered with Foodlink Grey Bruce to provide participating restaurants unique ingredients from our own local producers and farmers.

Event participants include: Bridges Tavern, Bruce Wine Bar, Cabin Bistro, The Cheese Gallery, Creemore Brewery, Copper Blues, The Huron House, The Stuffed Peasant, Simplicity Bistro, Tremont Cafe, The Pottery, Oliver & Bonacini, The Pottery and two Toronto restaurants: The Gabardine and Richmond Station.  This year Creemore Springs and Georgian Hills Winery will have their own tasting stations.

Musicians playing at the Feast in the Forest include: Romney Getty, Strange Potatoes and more surprise guests!

"It's amazing that these wonderful establishments and artists want to be a part of this event", says Sean Brady co-owner of Kolapore Springs and event organizer.  "The chefs are very excited and are dreaming up creative dishes.  This is their chance to create something very unique.  The atmosphere at the ‘Feast" is great and there is a real sense of camaraderie amongst the chefs.

The 2nd Annual Feast in the Forest is hosted by Kolapore Springs in support of local organizations. This year's 'Feast' is in support of Elephant Thoughts (www.elephantthoughts.com) & Beaver Valley Outreach (www.bvo.ca).  Elephant Thoughts is based in Collingwood and establishes schools in underdeveloped areas nationally and globally.  Beaver Valley Outreach, based in Thornbury, is a local organization providing the community with many excellent programs and services.

Last year this was a small event and this year we have opened it up to more guests.  However, tickets are limited - only 150 will be sold as we want to keep this as a unique and intimate occasion.

Tickets - $100 per person OR buy a group of 4 tickets or more (and car pool!) for $75 per ticket.

To order tickets:
1. Purchase on-line
2. Email mail us or call Julie Brady (705) 606-1278
3. Visit Elephant Thoughts (Collingwood) or Beaver Valley Outreach (Thornbury)
