Many of you know Rallis from the Farmers Market where he sells his incredible Ice Pressed Olive Oil. Ice Pressed olive oil is olive oil that has been pressed at near 0 deg Celsius versus cold pressed, that has been pressed between 90 -145 deg Fahrenheit. "We harvest only by hand, early harvest olives that are pressed the same day. Most people don't want to hear about the incredible health benefits of our oil, they just love the unique refreshing, raw olive taste, that hits you as soon as you try it", said Rallis and he is right! When I first tried it I couldn't believe how different, refreshing and clean it tasted versus any other oil I had tried.
