Culture Days is a national volunteer movement to raise the awareness, participation and engagement of Canadians in the arts and cultural life of their communities. Culture Days 2015 has been announced for September 25, 26, & 27, 2015. It's a national event to provide Canadians with opportunities to participate in and appreciate all forms of arts and culture in their communities. Hundreds of cities and towns across Canada will celebrate Culture Days with thousands of free activities
In Collingwood, Culture Days will kick-off with the 5th annual Collingwood Arts & Culture Awards on Friday, September 25. This free event will be bigger and better than ever with live performances and awards presented to recognize outstanding contributions to arts and culture in our community. On Saturday, September 26 from 6:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. enjoy the 2nd annual Collingwood Art Crawl, a free, self-guided art walk featuring over 100 artists at more than 20 venues with live music, samplings of food and beverage, and incredible art all in downtown Collingwood. Extend your evening with a special pre-Crawl priz fixe menu at participating restaurants from 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. and post-Crawl festivities.
