Two of the clippers are also competed in the Provincial open Water Championships on Wednesday with the following results:

Open Water provincial Championships 3K or 5K swim.

The girls competed in the 3-kilometre race yesterday and did very well! Meaghan Wessel placed 11th in the 13-14 girls category; Meredith Cooper placed 8th in the 13-14 girls category; both girls are 13 years old.

The conditions were very choppy due to the strong winds and both girls raced hard through the very tough conditions.
