C.C. Tatham & Associates continued its tradition of supporting local charities by making a pledge of $50,000 (payable over the next five years) to the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation today.
The donation is directed to the capital equipment needs of the G&M Hospital and in 2009, will help to fund the cost of replacing the Hospital’s fluoroscopy/x-ray unit.
As he made the presentation Rex Meadley, President and Chief Engineer of C.C. Tatham & Associates noted that his company is a strong believer in giving back to the communities in which they work. “We take great pride in our philanthropic endeavours,” said Meadley. “We are pleased that we can help bring important diagnostic and treatment equipment to this community.”
This $50,000 commitment brings total support of the G&M Hospital Foundation by C.C. Tatham & Associates in the past 15 years to over $130,000.
“Right from the start, C.C. Tatham & Associates has held the firm belief that we should be model corporate citizens and participate strongly in the communities we work in,” stated Charlie Tatham, Chairman of C.C. Tatham & Associates.
