This year marks the 22nd annual Tour of the Arts. It is a free, self-guided tour that always runs Victoria Day weekend (as well as the fall version each Thanksgiving weekend). This May 20, 21 and 22 the public is invited to step into our 16 fabulous and varied studios, gardens and galleries in Thornbury, Clarksburg, Kimberley and Craigleith. Many of the in-town locations are within walking distance of each other, while a quick drive will get you to Kimberley and Craigleith.
The Tour of the Arts becomes a starting point to discover, or to re-visit over 20 talented and creative artists and craftspeople. You are able to meet and connect with these makers, and maybe take home an addition to decorate your walls, and tables. You may find that perfect one of a kind piece of jewelry to complete an outfit. Perhaps you will find a magnificent mug or vase whose function you incorporate into your daily rituals, or that will make the perfect gift. So as the spring sun unfolds new and luscious green growth enticing us onto the winding country roads, take the opportunity to experience the 22nd annual Tour of the Arts and its various creative offerings. Just follow the red and white signs this Victoria Day weekend!
